I have heard from multiple people that the employers/boss' treat their staff unfairly & yell at them in from of everyone, including in front of the customers. How disrespectful & rude! I am never eating there again. I do not want to eat or dine at a place like that.

Worth The Drive

Drove upto Sister Bay from Sturgeon Bay on a Sunday, following a friends suggestion to try out Northern Grill & Pizza. The service was great and the food was Fantastic! Have a little money when you go though. It is average to moderate pricing (dinner plates rangeing from $13-$27). But it is definely worth it! My husband and I will be going again!
