they want to charge me an $11.00 fee for a credit of $50.00

I could not believe it. I ask for credit becuase of the bad service i received. after to speaking with 3 customer service agents, all of different levels. they finally offer me a 50.00 credit and then wanted to charge me $11.00 to process the credit. I couldn't believe it. A $39.00 credit, I siad no Thank you and ask the girl for the name and address of the CEO. I was blown a way. she did not know the name of the person she worked for, or the address for that matter. She had to look it up...I am so mad. I had to look up the info on Yellow pages. com to make sure the info was correct. Thanks Yellow pages.
