Just had lunch at this community. It was excellent! Homemade Chili had great flavor and it was served very warm...delicious! They had cinnamon rolls that were baked perfectly and served with cheese slices on fresh apples. My friend is receiving excellent care and Westwood is one of the most modern facilities in town.

Poor quality food--mostly frozen or canned. Few fresh fruits or vegetables--mostly canned fruits and vegetables served with meals. Rarely fresh items prepared on premises. Inexperienced cooks; apparently cost containment done by limiting food budget & hiring of inexperienced cooks at lower salaries. Much repetition of menu selections, Food budget constraints verified by corporate dietitian.
