All I can say is will never go to another Burger King again, it took forever for the food and the food was horrible horrible,and it cost 29 dollars I ordered monster burger, 5 piece chicken fingers, large and med fry’s and onion rings.. I didn’t receive the ONION RINGS the burger was burnt and really greasy the chicken was greasy taste like crap and the fries had no taste to them , 29 dollars for crap food, never again!!!!

This Burger King does not deserve even one star on Gordon Dr. in Sioux City, IA

Other customers and I that were in the drive thru on Sunday, May 25 at approximately 12:30pm were asked to pull forward to the front of the building and wait. I waited with another car behind me over 5 min. Until finally I had to get out of my car and go inside to ask for a refund. After 7min!, my food was finally going to be brought to me. I asked to speak with the manager and she would not even come to the front of the counter when I asked for my refund.

This is very poor customere service and note, that as I pulled away, I viewed several cars being asked to pull in front as I am sure they were waiting 5 plus min too. This was utterly ridiculous and then to not even have the mgr address the problem during lunch time?

Very Unprofessional- this was the same location that was holding a benefit to raise money along with a local bank to help out a local high school in need. When I purchased 3 breakfasts for myself and coworkers that morning and I asked to make sure this was the day the proceeds would be matched to go to East High school, the employee acted like she knew nothing about this and had no idea what I was talking about. Maybe new management is needed for this location.

I am pleased to say I went to ARBY's and with a line of cars in their drive thru -I received my food in under 2 min.
