I called this business because I was needing a repair on my snowblower that I had bought online and was told ACE Distributing does repairs on this snowblower. I was answered by a very rude employee refusing to service my snowblower, who ended up yelling at me over the phone, basically telling me to go screw myself. If I had the option to give this business zero stars I would. Very disappointed in the way they handle business.

had taken my Grasshopper mower to another dealer for repairs. I didn't like what they had to say about the repair cost. Took my mower to Ace and was treated very well. They talked with the manufacture about my problem and helped me get it taken care of. Couldn't be happier!

I called to check if they could bore out an engine .010 over. The person on the phone kept talking to someone else and had me repeat what I said. They said they could do it and to bring it in. Brought it in and they said I needed both the pistons and rings to do the job. I didnt have it with me so I drove home and back 45 minutes each way to get the parts. When I get there they say they cant do it because they cant guarantee the work because I didnt buy the parts from them. It was the same aftermarket brand that they carried on the shelf. Said I could try returning the parts and buying it from them. They were happy to point that out and said I would have to go to a machine shop. Also needed a seal but they didnt have it on hand and the rep didnt even try to order it for me. Worst customer service Ive experienced in awhile. I should have returned the belt I purchased from them earlier. If it takes any more work than necessary they will not do it or will reluctantly do it. I give zero stars.
