Called them @ 4pm and requested flowers be sent to someone, and within the 45inutes they were there...on a Friday! Customer service @ it's finest! And they loved the flowers!

I just received a very bad arrangement from these people. My friend sent these from out of town and not only was it just not pretty (which really all flowers are pretty just very hodge podged together) but the water was FILTHY and the flowers were shedding. I of course did not want my friend to know so I called the location to complain. The owner was ridiculous and argued with me. She said that I was wrong and nothing she had would shed and that OF COURSE the water was dirty because that flowers are dirty.

Oh well.....

RECIEVED FLOWERS AND THEY WERE JUST WONDERFUL. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT AND WOULD CALL BACK TO SEND MORE FLOWERS OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
