I waited over 3 hours for an appointment I had to see the cardiologist, on,y to find out he had left for the day, (Saxeena ). 3 hours and then the tell ,me he is gone and thought they had me scheduled for a lap s,ear I didn’t need. Never tells me anything I have to go to online to see my diagnosis. I had this place, and I want a new cardiologist but ,y primary doctor is in the same complex and I fear it would make me lose her.

No respect for your time. If you have an appointment you will be there ALL day with no apologies from the staff. Front desk girl Caroline is smug and pretends to be overworked but won't let patients know "we are behind" or "they will call you soon"... She treats you like you are an inconvenience to her day. Lost a 2 year patient for life because I'm sick of the lack of patient respect.
