We had a terrible experience at Howard's! He was fast but didn't fix our vehicle properly. It had a front end collision which required them to replace something with the air conditioning. At one point, my wife called to check on the vehicle and was told that it would be ready shortly, he sent it out to get the air conditioner recharged.

The air was never right and eventually stopped altogether. We called and they said we would have to get it recharged. My wife said she was told it was recharged as part of the repair and he told her he never said that, they don't do air conditioning work.

One, they should not have charged to replace that part if they don't work on air conditioning. Two, they should not charge to replace a part that they can't test to make sure they installed it properly.

The hood does not line up and we were told that it even though they charged to install a new hood, it would be extra to replace the bracket so it closes properly. Both headlights were replaced and never aligned.

I would never go back to Howard's!

Great work, they work on all cars, newer and older models. Fast and reliable service.
