We had additional leach lines installed. There were two issues with the install and Scott would schedule to come back to address them and just wouldn't show up. This went on for months. In both instances, raw sewage was pouring across our yard like a stream. The first issue turned out to be the pipe leading to the leach field wasn't properly attached to the septic tank. The second, my husband hand dug two, four foot panels and found they had been crushed and broken during the install and buried that way. I'm not upset that there were issues with the install, I'm very upset that Scott wouldn't come back and correct them, that we had raw sewage for months, and that my husband had to dig through the raw sewage by hand to find and repair Scott's work.
