We have a very active terrier mix that we rescued (which means we didn't know much about him). Shiela was very helpful getting us on our feet with him, sharing a lot of knowledge during and after our initial checkup and shots. The rest of the staff was super-friendly and very helpful and the facility is really fantastic. And they do what they can to keep it affordable, which was really nice.
