Mike is the best, he treats his customers like family. Excellent craftsmanship in all his work, wouldn’t take my jewelry anyplace else.

I had a white gold wedding ring that needed to be resized. I've had this ring for five years and there was nothing wrong with it. The jeweler said that every single prong on my ring needed to be replaced and that I was about to lose my 1 carat diamond. He said it would take a few days. I did not receive my ring for two weeks! He charged me $245.



This was 6 weeks ago. Last week I examined my ring as I always do because it's beautiful, I noticed one of the prong hooks was missing. My husband just went in there and showed him and he said that I must've banged it on something to get it to break and that it wasn't his fault. I have had this ring for five years and never broke a prong and he's going to say I broke it in 6 weeks? After he was done with his snide comment he asked if we wanted him to fix it. My husband declined saying if he was going to have to pay someone to fix it, he'd take it to someone who does a good job.



I don't believe I banged my ring, but even if I did the prongs were obviously cheaply made.
