They advertise +A rating with the Better Business Bureau, which is a great reference. But to my surprise they are not a member according to the BBB website, I called someone else!

We had not had much luck with HVAC contractors until we called Service Air Eastern Shore. They were by far the most professional company we had dealt with, but more importantly the most honest. We had a very large project that we thought might cost up to $1,000, but Glenn and Service Air figured out a way to do it for free. I am glad to know there are still honest and ethical people in the world. I will now always use Service Air and recommend them to everyone I meet. You should try using them.

My heat pump stopped working today and I called Service Air because my daughter recommended them. I am very happy with how quickly they fixed my system and I would highly recommend them.
