unfair charges

My experience at this salon has been satisfactory for the most part. I have used all areas except for the massage therapist. Both nail techs were always friendly and a lot of fun, my stylist was polite and gave me an average cut even though I thought they charged too much for a 30 minute cut, I used both skin experts and the product is okay. One of the woman in skin care is quiet and very nice, but the other is a little too impressed with herself. I think she believes she is a super model. Anyway the reason I won't be going back to Seaport again is because of their practice of charging a client if they have to change or cancel their appointment. Right now I have many personal responsibilites that may require me to cancel my appointments. I still have children that live at home, elderly parents and a chronic health problem. I can't always make my appointments and must cancel, but I refuse to pay for a service I didn't receive. I don't know how they think they will get money out of me bu
