Extremely easy to work with in store people. No pressure at anytime. Their installers were the best we have ever seen in 45 years of home ownership.

We recently built our dream home last March and decided to use Wright Flooring to install all floor products. Wright Floors worked with our contractor and we thought we had our dream floors. However, shortly after installation our Faus kitchen laminate made horrible creaking noises. We contacted the owner to help us fix this problem. A representative from Faus came out and to make a long story short the problem was not fixed and the games began. It has been over a YEAR since we started this process.



I have contacted Wright floors over 15 times to have this problem solved and the only response I received was that Wright Floors would contact Faus again and get back to us (we are unable to contact Faus because the floor was bought from Wright Floors or I would handle it myself). It has been OVER A MONTH since I have heard from Wright Floors. We spent A LOT of money with Wright Floors and we were hoping for a reliable, dedicated, professional company. I am still hoping they will come through for us.

Very knowledgeable, very personal service. Huge selection with competitive prices, not brand limited like a Home Depot or Lowe's. Installation was impeccable, the installers were polite and careful, and the job was done when they promised it would be. I will definitely recommend Wright Flooring to friends and family!
