I love this restaurant and have even discussed with friends (as we were enjoying our meals there) how sad it would be for anyone staying at the Silver Spring Hilton not to have the chance to try Sergio's food, were they to dismiss this place as just another hotel restaurant. My favorite items from their menu are: appetizer--veal tortellini, dinner--Gamberi Origanati, dessert--lemon sorbet (it is called something else I can't recall).

Warm atmosphere, attentive waiters, a wonderful variety of high quality food in a reasonable price.
