Before driving to my local Napa store (New Hampshire Ave.) I called to verify they had the following parts in stock: new front brake calipers, pads, rotors, wheel studs and lug nuts. They said all was in stock and quoted prices. Upon arriving at the store I was told they did not have the passenger side caliper and was told the part would arrive the following Monday. I proceeded to install the parts they sold me and found after several attempts that the wheel studs they sold were the wrong size. I called another local Napa store (Russell Rd.) and they had everything and their prices were all much cheaper for the same exact parts (example: calipers were $15 less). I have learned to make sure they commit to having the parts in-hand and that you call all local stores since prices vary for the exact same part number. Their stores appear to be independently owned.

Rocks is the NAPA afilliated auto parts store in Cloverly. The staff is very helpful and patient. Some of parts may cost slightly more than at other chains but the majority have great simple waranties that let you get replacements free of charge if the part is wrong or fails in the first year or so. Very good place to buy parts.
