Occasion: Girls night out

Issue 1 – requested not to have the same driver as we did last year; request was ignored

Issue 2 – was told that there was a CD player and there was not, driver didn’t know how to operate, provided incorrect instructions on how to operate; we were was accused of breaking CD player

Manager was called and it appears that he didn’t know how to operate system either.

Issue 3 – called the while in the limo to report the issue - manager placed us on hold and never returned to the call and when we called back we got no answer

Issue 4 – limo driver was not courteous –did not assist us getting in & out of the limo

Summary – we have done the girls night out for 4 consecutive years and this was the WORST service ever; at the very least, the Manager-Milton should have stated that he would take our complaints into consideration and inspect the CD/radio to see if there was a malfunction with the unit. This service was recommended by another limo service because it was more reasonable cost-wise .. at the end of the day - YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

My friends and I used this service on Friday (9/13) and it was the worst limo experience I ever had. The driver (Jerry) was terrible. We stopped at several different places and not once did he assist anyone in or out of the limo.



We also had NO MUSIC. A party night with a limo that had no music, you can imagine! When we did what the driver told us to do, the faceplate came off. We asked him to call the office to find out how to play CDs. Now why the company would send out a driver who did not know how to operate the radio is beyond comprehension but he had no clue. To make matters worse, instead of calling to ask how to put the faceplate back on and how to play CDs, he called and told them we broke it.



We ended the night early in disgust.



I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS SERVICE AS THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was extremely pleased with your limousine service on my birthday! Our driver (Jerry/Jared) was so nice and looked fabulous! I was a little timid at first never hearing about K&V Services before but everything went as planned and the limo was absolutely beautiful! Thank you for the greatest birthday ever! I hired K & V Limousine for my brothers bachelor party in early December. What an awesome night! I was amazed how wonderful the whole company was from the start. Starting from calling their office, we were cared for immediately. The driver had great maneuvering skills which I guess would be needed for driving an H2 stretch! Not only that, but he knew DC so well. He took us to spots in the District that were entertaining and comfortable for our party. At the end of the night, he made sure we all got back safely to the party. Altought we could of partied all night in that awesome limo. Seriously, K & V Limousine was so great that I decided to use them again for New Years Eve and will use K & V again for Valentines Day. Kudos!
