Buyer Beware. This company will give you a quote and then start raising the price while they are ripping your shingles off your house. I was quoted $5,950 but charged close to 7k. They also used old Wall flashing instead of providing new with my brand new roof. They also didn't do a repair on my garage roof because they were out of material/wood so they shingled over a large hole. That in time is going to sag! I contacted the owner Wade Bowman to let him know what his guy in charge did and as of now 8/12023 he hasn't corrected being overcharged or the terrible work done. I will change or delete this if he ever makes it right. you will know if you see this review still up avoid them. Bet if it were his house he would be throwing a Fit!

I never knew if I could trust anyone to give ma a good and fair estimate. But then I called Premier Contractors and they sent a professional salesman out to my house. His name was Wade and he was very professional. He wrote me an estimate and explained it very well to me. Then I hired them to do my job. They were in and out so fast that I was just astonished by their work. It was very well managed and cleaned up. Nothing got broke and I have not had any problems with my roof since I had Premier Contractors come and do my roof.

There are so many differnet colors of shingle out there. I had no clue what color to go with or what would look good on my house. So I needed some professional help. So I just called a company that my family referred me to by the name of Premier Contractors. Had no idea what to expect. But by far this was the best business decision I had ever made. I called em and they helped me through the whole process of picking a color to getting everything done. They are a very professional company and I would refer them to everyone I know.

That was my question when my roof was leaking. I talked to some friends and they told me to call Premier Contractors. So that's what I did. I went home and called them. THey came out did my estimate which was very fair and reasonable. I said lets do it. So they got the job all set up and completed in one day while I was at work. They told me I had nothing to worry about. So I just went to work and came home and everything was done and the dumpster was gone. Call Premier Contractors today.

When looking through the phone book for a company to redo my roof Premier Contractors ad really jumped out at me. So I called them up and spoke with a very nice and professional secritary. She told me someone would call me back the same day. The next thing I knew my phone was ringing and it was one of their professional salesmen. I told them to come on out and they were right there. Their workers came in did my job and cleaned up and everything went very smooth. I would recommend Premier Contracotrs to all my friends and family.

When I called Premier Contracotrs they were there for me. There was no questions asked when I called them. Besides the basic information. When I told them I had an insurance claim they got right on it and worked with my insurance company and got my roof paid for. I would recommend Premier Contrators to anyone that I know. THey are very clean and professional. THey get the job done and don't waste anytime.

I called Premier Contractors in the morning and they were calling me back within about an hour. They were very polite and professional on the phone. When they arrived at my home to do the estimate they were very profeesional and polite. They went over everything about my roof with me to where I really understood what they would be doing. When I asked them how long it would take to do my the job they told me that it would take one maybe two days tops. When the workers arrived they were very professional and polite. They came in and covered my flowers and were very careful to not damage anything. They were in and out very quickly and cleaned up very well. I did not have to worry about stepping on any nals or getting any in my tires. If someone asked me who they should have do their roof. I would highly recommend Premier Contracotrs of America.

I read these other reviews. And cannot believe these people are talking about the same Premier Contractors that did my house. Their crew showed up on time. Completed my roof in one day. My wife was worried about the landscaping. At the and the gutters were cleaned out, nail magnet ran, ridgevent added, they ran a leaf blower on roof and driveway, and my wife was very happy with the flower beds. This company is truely top notch.

I have had two experiences with Premier. The first time they did a roof for me and we had some issues but they made it right. I called them back for a second job and it was a disaster from the word go. The sales rep was always late or never bothered to show at all. The dead line was not met, (it took two additional months to get the job remotley finshed. They had to redo part of my project three times. The door they hung for me was never right. I finally had to hire someone else to fix it. They charged me 10% financing fee at the end of sale. Beware of their contract; it says small finance fee, I do not call 10% a small fee; also this "fee" was never discussed with me by the sales rep. One of those very fine print clauses. The sales person told me my down payment was so he could get the windows ordered, which I wrote on the memo protion of my check then the owner came back with a claim that it was a fee for financing. There were just so many things that were poorly done. They removed windows and I am still cleaning busted glass from my paver patio. Poor workmanship, disrespectful employees and they did a horrible job of cleaning up after themselves. I would NEVER recommend hiring them to do any work on your home.

I have attempted for 6 months to get the roof that Premier Contracting installed on my house fixed with extremely poor communication as a response. I am in the process of elevating this to a higher level because are not making me a priority. The ridge vent on my house was not properly installed and falling off, the nails are half in the roof. It is a very poor job. Premier subcontracted this job and have made excuse after excuse. But the bottom line is, they were mailed the check, they cashed it, and they are the responsible party. However, they are not willing to accept responsibility. I would highly not recommend this company unless you have a lot of extra time on your hands to attempt to resolve an “unsatisfactory job.” They advertise they are certified but sub-contract the work out to those who are not. They also left debris in my yard and flower beds, including nails which are not safe for my children or pets.

Right after moving in we could notice that the shingles were poopping up all across the roof. The nails were not installed to the correct depth so the shingles can't lay down and seal. I was told by Brian (the guy whho did the job for Premier) that he would bring warranty paperwork to me in my name and that they would come replace when weather was better. Now they just want to replace the single shingles and hammer down nails. This is unexceptable! I was told by Wade(the owner) that he was doing us a favor for doing that much!
