I think this location is the best one around. I've new. To other's but they just aren't as friendly as this location. Service is always great and the people, from managers on down, are the best. Keep up the good work.

Please Train these Employees!!!!

I absolutely love Panera Bread.... With that being said, I have gone to this new Shrewsbury Pa location multiple times and they have YET to get my order correct. I mean come on! I personally order a salad every time, twice they have forgotten my Chicken when I ordered a Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad. One time they gave me two different dressings, neither one were correct....I can keep going! This is not rocket science, PAY ATTENTION! I pay a lot of money for these meals, I shouldn't have to write a bad review.
