Pay attention to every single detail if you rent from them!!!

We rented benches from them for our wedding ceremony on the beach. Our order was pretty simple and straightforward, but they couldn't handle it. Here's what went wrong: First the delivery was delayed and not set up by the time agreed upon by contract. Second, they didn't provide appropriate staffing so that my groomsmen had to assist in set up, even though we paid them for the delivery and set-up. There is literally a separate line item on our invoice for labor, yet they still didn't provide appropriate labor. Lastly, they knew a bench was defective and still set it up at the ceremony, causing harm to my guests when they sat down and the bench broke.

I made them aware of these issues and I'm still awaiting for a call back from the GM. Don't think that will every happen. Horrible service, defective product. They had many opportunities to make it right and they didn't. STAY AWAY!!

Party Corner is one of my favorite places to go! They have a great selection and the prices are always very reasonable. I love the staff here -- perfect for any time of the year.

Party Corner is a gem in Shrewsbury! Their retail store is an abundance of party supplies for every themed party you could possibly have. The selection of paper goods, party decor, balloons, table decorations and fun knick knacks are fun to shop to make your party perfect!
They also rent tables, chairs, tents...just about anything for your party. The customer service is excellent!
I highly recommend Party Corner for any of your party needs!

Party Corner is staffed by really lovely people. They have a tremendous selected and theyre constantly updating their inventory. I talk to the people that work there time to time and they're consumed by making their store better. It really makes for a lovely experience.

I rented a tablecloth for my large dining room table for Thanksgiving dinner. So on Thanksgiving morning, I go to put the tablecloth on (it was 144 in length) and it was too short. I was not a happy camper because my beautiful table setting for a special day looked dumb because it had at least 6 inches of the tabletop showing. When I returned the tablecloth to the store and told them, they were very snotty and not helpful or caring. Now I need to rent tables and chairs and tablecloths for a big party at my home and I will pay $25 more somewhere else and hopefully get what I need and deal with nicer people.
