Do Not!!!!!! I mean do not move to this place!!!!!Management is poor!!!! It is most definitely overpriced and unsafe!!!!!! They will lie, steal, and cheat to charge you more money when you move out! They have no morals whatsoever!!!! And I hope no one in that office profess to be a Christian because how can you sleep at night doing innocent kids the way this place is ran!!! Unbelievable!!!!! Needs new management ASAP!!!!!!

This is the worst place to live. The only people leaving good reviews are the RA's, probably because management made them. This place is way over priced, maintenance response response is slow, management is terrible, and I feel like maybe I'm leaving something out... oh yeah! There are drug dealers on the premises and no action is being taken. However, animals are not allowed, and if you are caught with one, you will be fined heavily. This place sucks and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save yourself, go somewhere else.

Moving to Shreveport from the East Coast was a big transition. The staff and especially the RA’s made my transition a better one. I really enjoyed the programs that were held at the beginning of the semester. I found friends that where around all year.

This complex has many great amenities. The staff is friendly and willing to work with you and any problem that may arise. The sense of community is very strong here and there are great things in store for this place!

It has been a great experience living here. No one is perfect, but their staff is amazing and they try their best.

this is the most disgusting and outrageous apartment I have ever lived at..I regret it!! Maintanence is poor.my stove electrocuted while i was cooking and I almost got shocked..no sincerity from the staff.and no deduction of rent..their to fish and their scammers who will rip you off. I hate it here!! They over charge on rent..this place is not worth a Damn dime.

If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. Everything bad you've heard of this place, multiply by 50 and you are still nowhere near as close to how bad it really is. Stay away.

Terrible, awful, overpriced. It is nice on the outside, but evil lives here.
