I wouldn't recommend this place for life insurance. Customer service is horrible, you are place on hold for a hour and they still can't help you. I cancel my policy and two months later they are still withdrawing money out my account, and you can never talk to someone to understand why. I just had to cancel my whole debit card.

Talked with my agent over a month ago to cash out my policy and now they want return my phone calls or texts????

This company has administration issues. They can never tell you about your policy. We tried to cash it in because of these issues the company once again could not tell us anything. Very poor customer service.
