LG refrigerator compressor went out causing a lot of related issues. LG has a known issue with a very sensitive sealed system that can be challenging to work on but they came out and stuck with it until it all problems were resolved and never charged extra for the additional trips.

We had an sub zero ice maker go out and set up an appt. Appt. was missed and after( I ) called them they rescheduled for the next day. When they arrived and maker was examined they left to order part. Again (I ) called to find out about status. They came out with part and ask if they could take maker to shop since it was so slow at office and could avoid making a mess in kitchen. After a few days (I) again called them to check on status. The phone game started then. The receptionist would say she would have technician call us which he did not do. In the meantime they have ordered another part without notifying us. I call the office manager( which I believe was the wife of owner) she was very rude and defensive and said they had taken over 10,000 service calls this year. 3 weeks, 3 parts later, a call to subzero for advice(couldn't get it to make ice) and we finally got icemaker back with a bill that would have been better spent to buy a brand new maker.

We purchased a ULine ice maker and had twin cities out to replace a part under warranty. The ice machine would not work properly after the necessary part replacement although it had been making ice for the 8 or 9 months prior. We had Twin Cities out again and we were told a pump was needed in order for the drain to work properly. We had the ice maker installed strategically in order to avoid the cost and upkeep of a pump, and like I said, it had been working nonstop for the previous 8 months or so. On that second visit, the "repair technician" stated he was working on ULine's dime and was limited to what he could repair/touch. But if he was working on our dime, he could have that thing working before he left. I was concerned when we received a bill for service a few weeks later - apparently the last visit was not covered by ULine warranty work since they explained to ULine we simply needed a pump. So he WAS on my dime or $129.50. ULine WAKE UP!! These folks should not be doing your warranty work!! Office Manager should have some people skills training as well!

The pump went out on our washing machine after 15 months of use. Twin Cities replaced the pump, but after their repair, the washer made so much noise on the spin cycle that we were unable to use the high spin setting. We were told this was normal. 3 months later, the washer started leaking again. Twin Cities came and reattached the hose to the pump. They charged us $100 for the privilege of having them reattach the hose. When asked whether charging $100 to reattach a hose seemed a bit extreme, they replied that they thought it was a reasonable price. I will never use this business again.
