Provided by YP.comThis lab double billed me for blood work. When I tried to get it resolved the lady at 877-246-8151 was VERY RUDE and didn't care. After 3 attempts at correcting this it is now on my credit report. DO NOT USE THIS LAB. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!!
