I now have 2 spots on 1 brow and Zayda had no interest in making it right. Went back 3 times and it's still horrible. I wouldn't suggest this salon.

This salon was absolutely the best I'd been to in Shreveport. I have tried a few other places in Shreveport, and was not satisfied with my results.i found Bella Donna on yellowpages, and I have become a loyal customer. I am never let down, and my hair is always a knockout. Perfect color, perfect cut, every time. The employees are kind and fun to talk to, and make sure you are satisfied with everything. Call them for your next hair cut!

This salon is definitely worth every cent i pay for a haircut. The clothes are gorgeous, and the massages are to die for. I got my hair done for prom, and the stylists were nice and eager to carry on a conversation with me. I couldn't be happier with the results. I definitely recommend this salon to anyone who wants or needs their hair done.

Typical Shreveport lack of edicate or concern about how people are treated or percieved. I wouldn't send anyone there for any kind of a service especially refering them to Candie. We were intrested in comming in for full salon treatment and were left hanging never recieved a call back and when our daughter tried to get in for a massage she was never made an appointment. Typical small town business owner who's a big fish in an insignificant town.

I have just recently within the past year started going to Bella Donna and personally i love it. They are very sweet and professional. Candie is by far one of the best hair stylists i have ever been to. I personally do not deal with her on a "buisness level" other than paying for my hair cut and for that i know she is the best. I would strongly recommend Candie to anyone who wants a wonderful haircut!

I am a loyal Bella Donna customer. I have been a client of Candi for almost a decade. Every encounter I have had with Candi, or anyone else from her salon, has been exceptional. She only employes the best stylists, estheticians, and massage therapists. My most recent visit to the salon was on the eleventh of this march. I showed up late and there was no fuss about it. Candi and her staff still made me feel as welcome as they make everyone feel, and I got a "knock 'em dead" hair style, again. I can say from experience that Candi is always accommodating, always professional, and a brilliant business woman, not to mention a fun person to sit with for what ever length of time it takes to do your hair. I have personally seen Candi and her staff be as accommodating as possible, even if it means loosing money or staying all night to keep a client happy. For anyone looking for a salon, I suggest this one.
