Great experience nice people they make you feel at home

0 STARS** Some rude people work here, and I ended up leaving with leaky windshield. (which was great with that massive amount of rain we've been having). I went back the next day, and they blamed my sunroof on the leak, they wouldn't even look at the windshield where I told them it was leaking. They said if I was unhappy I could go get a second opinion?! Also, they disconnected my headlight sensor from my rear-view mirror, and told me they had nothing to do with it. Lucky I found a wire they unplugged, so it was an easy fix.

I never even got an apology from them. I asked for corporate number to complain, and they denied me. They blamed me and treated me like I knew nothing about my car. So, I went to ABC Glass for a second opinion and they hooked up a hose to my windshield- sure enough it was leaking!! ABC was so nice and repaired it for free! DO NOT USE AutoGlass Now, use ABC Glass!

Very Bad Experience

I had a horrible experience with Auto Glass Now. I purchase a glass from them and at the time of purchase, I ask the salesperson about the warranty. He advised me that I had a lifetime warranty on the glass, when I went back due to a chip, he would not honor our agreement. Instead he advised me to give them 50.00 dollars to repair my glass. I will never shop at their location again. I have bought several glasses from over the years from auto glass. I see they do not value customers at all. I'm going to take my business else where. I went to ABC Glass and got my glass repaired for 32.50. No stars for Auto Glass Now

If I could leave no stars I would, but to leave a comment it required me to put at least 1 star. They replaced my side window on a Friday. It took them over 2 hours to do so. After leaving I looked out that window and realized it was a dark tint, my other windows are not. The installer completely gouged and scratched the outside of my car by the window. Within minutes of leaving my car had an error message come up about having my passive entry serviced. I took the car to dodge on Monday and found out on Tuesday that when installing the new window they disconnected and damaged the sensor for my passive entry in that door. I called the office and spoke with Jennifer who insisted that the broken glass from my window could have done that damage(even though there was no error message while I drove the car over 30 minutes to them). They insisted I bring the car back to them. Wed I brought car back, Casey looked at the window and gouges, said they would order a new window and look at inside of door. I brought it back again Sat for new window to be replaced. Neither Jennifer or Casey were there, installer was same one who did original install the week before. He took out wrong window, put in new one in only an hour, said my sensor was just unplugged. My passive entry is working, but very sluggish. I asked out outside gouges, installer freely said he did it when installing first window. I asked how and when would they have it repaired and was told I'd need to call back on Monday, they had no idea about it. I drove all the way back home (35 miles) and when picking up my daughter she pulled the handle to the door they replaced window on and it would not open from the outside. It will only open from the inside now. I called office back immediately.

Best I get is they are emailing the District Manager and they will make it right. No idea how, or when. I called Corporate Monday morning. They called District Manager who said he was busy "traveling" and would call me when he could, that he was aware of the issues. Now 10am and no calls or contact from anyone form local office or District. This business does not care about the damage they cause, or the trouble, lost wages, or gas you waste going back and forth for them to just screw up even worse. Stay away from them!!!! None of pics on this site are accurate, none of those people work there anymore, nor does the office look like that inside anymore. Don"t bring your car there!!!

Only place I will ever use in the Shreveport /Bossier area. Super friendly staff and great quality work. Not to mention if you are from around this area and you listened to 99x in the 90's MR.Nick was MOJO so hanging out while getting the work done was pretty awesome lol!

Don't bother bringing your convertible to this establishment. Apparently it's too much work which they failed to mention over phone. Waste of time and gas.
