This vendor has handled janitorial services at 3 of our many sites for 14 years and the performance is superior. I can always depend on him to do the job correctly the first time. I do not need to follow behind him. If an issue should arise (which is seldom) I can be sure it is addressed immediately and correctly. He and his staff are trust worthy and professional.
