Absolutely Horrible customer service. Bought a Nintendo DS for my 8 year old nephew for his birthday and after taking it off the charger the NEXT DAY (and not dropping or mishandling it), the internal screen had a spider crack making it impossible to play. We took it back with the receipt and were told to call customer service because if he returned it then his store would get charged. Customer service was shocked that we weren't given a refund/exchange and told us to bring it back to the store. After bringing it back, the store manager called customer service himself and told us he still couldn't do anything since it looked like physical damage. He said he'd call us the next day once he got in touch with the district manager. We called customer service again that night who said we should be entitled to an exchange at least and that they'd call us within 3-5 days with an answer from the DM. It's been 2 weeks, we got NO call from anyone and when I called the store I was told by an associate that he thinks the district manager still said no. THANKS GAMESTOP FOR WASTING OVER $100 OF MY MONEY AND SELLING A PRODUCT THAT AFTER A DAY OF NORMAL USE IS NOW GARBAGE.
