I would just like to preface this review with the fact that I was once a patient of this practice since a toddler myself. I than started taking my first here 5 years ago and have dreaded this place since. Now don't get me wrong I have had positive experiences. But by far have the negative outweighed those. The staff 7/10 are very rude, and condenscrnding. The best is when it is your turn at the window and they close it in your face to chat with their neighbor about there personal life. The glass is not that thicke. Your not fooling any one and its plan disrespectful and unprofessional. So even after you sign in you are more than likely going to be waiting with your poor kid for at least an hour in the waiting room and than another hour in the exam room. Just for one of the over worked doctors to come in and completely dismiss your concerns and not even leave you with any help or comfort. And more than likely you have to go back again the next day because nothing was resolved. How they are still around I will never know. You would think they would upgrade their logistics in order to help instead of blatantly disregard their long term patients. So adios thanks for nothing.
