I highly recommend "Dr. Bob" for all your optometry needs. He's very accomodating, and takes the time to explain procedures and to answer any questions. His office staff are very nice and are willing to go over and above to provide good customer service. You could say it's one big happy "family"! He has been providing services to our family for as long as he's resided in Shinnston.

I have been associated with Dr Powelson for well over thirty years now, and would highly recommend him to any individual/prospective patient. He is well educated and thorough with his eye examinations, trained on the latest techniques, personable and very professional in his manner. His staff is well trained, as well. They are friendly & extremely helpful when assisting a patient with choosing frames or understanding the routine with contact lens wear. Always a wonderful selection on site, and I trust their judgement regarding "what looks good & fits me well". Dr Powelson is very dedicated to his practice and community of Shinnston. He does provide excellent service and care for every patient, and follows through if there is need to refer an individual for further diagnosis or treatment.
