This location was really helpful with a trailor to pull a car we purchased unexpectedly. The set it up and we were off!

Excellent service & pricing. We've used them several times and never they always have what we need, even if I just drop in at the last minute. Sharon & Andrea always go above and beyond. The new location is much bigger, better & easier to get loaded up. I'm a loyal customer and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Poor customer service. Filthy building very unorganized. Owner is rude. Stalks social media to learn about unhappy clients through contract information then blast them with lies and exagerations.

This company is very unorganized. They were first to deliver to our location by 10am. When I called after 10 had passed they said between 11-12. When we hit 1245 and still no show I called again. They said they were still looking for a driver!!!! They never called me! They then said they would be there in 25 minutes, which I knew wasn't true because they are 40 minutes away, they finally showed up at 245!!! Once we took delivery we realized at that point they had forgotten stuff! We had to go pick it up! Not to mention we received several stained linens! I will NEVER use them again!
