The vet is really nice, but the staff at the front desk have been rude to me each time I've been there.

Very helpful, and very cost efficient. I feel like I received better more complete service here at half the cost. They will continue to get my business.

DO NOT BOARD YOUR PET HERE! We took a healthy 8 month old dog in for boarding (All vaccines up to date. Next Bordetella not due until 8/14/15). When we picked her up, she was coughing. The next evening, when I got home, she was coughing and congested. Called the next morning to inquire if any other pets that were boarded had come down sick. I was told, "we are an animal hospital, sick animals come in everyday" . I was then told to bring her in and they would take a look at her. My son took her in and was told she has Kennel Cough. We were not charged an office visit but $67.00 in medication. She took every dose of medication except the last one, because she refused to take it. She then vomited. My husband went back home at lunch to check on her. She had vomited in her pen and when he let her out, she had diarrhea. He took her back and was told she has Bronchitis and Gastroenteritis. When I picked her up it was $142.00 and she would need to come back the next day for more IV fluids and injections. I informed them that I was not happy with the fact that I am being charged for medication for the Bronchitis when it stems from her getting sick under their care. I asked if they keep the dogs they are boarding separate from the sick dogs and was told no, they don't have the facility to do that. I told them if I had known, I would have took her somewhere else to stay. I told them I don't mind paying for the Gastroenteritis since she didn't get it there. I was told that they would discount the services for the next day. Regular price was supposed to be 69.00. When I arrived, I was told it was 87.00. The manager came over and took off a charge and was told it was now $52.00. So, $261.00 later she is finally getting well. As far as the care, I have no complaint.

Up until visiting Dr. Lange, I had been weary about trusting my animals to anyone. He and his associate, Dr. Riddels, are some of the most compassionate and loving veterinarians I have ever encountered. Both are very knowledgeable and are more than willing to answer any questions I may have. I can honestly say I will be sticking with them as long as I have any furry companions.

We have used Lange Veterinary Hospital for approx. 15 years and have found his staff to be both caring and competent. Dr. Lange is knowledgeable, compassionate and a professional whose #1 priority is the pet and has empathy for the owner. His new partner Dr Riddeles seems to lack all of these qualities.

Dr. Lange is a kind and compassionate vet. I happily drive an hour and a half to take my pets to his clinic for excellent care. I have never been treated rudely and it is a walk-in clinic which is super convenient plus the prices are very reasonable. Recently, Dr. Lange saved my little dog who came down with pancreatitis and an intestinal infection. He was in terrible pain and hadn't eaten in over a week. We initally took him to an emergency animal clinic as he became ill on Christmas Eve. This clinic charged us over $2300 for two days and our dog was even sicker when we checked him out and took him to Dr. Lange. Dr. Lange has called us at night to update us on our dog's condition and brought him hamburger and turkey to try and tempt him to eat after he had no appetite for over 10 days. God bless you, Dr. Lange. I don't know too many vets who would call pet owners after hours and bring in special treats for an ailing animal. I will never go anywhere else.

I had great things to say about Lange Vet and they were my top choice when I needed pet care. The first couple of times they would just send me the bill or wait til I did my follow up for me to pay. I liked this because I didn't need to worry about the bill while worrying about my pet. One other time my daugter took my pet in and she asked that the bill be sent to me and she was told no, payment upfront! Another time I sent her with a check and she tried again to have to bill sent to my home and the girl said NO, but the Dr. stuck his head out and said, "no charge today!" How nice of him! Anyway, daughter's dog gets hit and needs help, daughter calls and askes if a payment plan could be made or hold a check for a few day til payday...same girl as before tells her no. I don't get it...they start out working with people, sending bills in the mail, giving a few days to bring payment back in to no, no, no. I understand it is a business and they are there to make money...I would have been willing to put the care under my name since I am established there and even pay for the care if my daughter didn't(she would pay!). Thankfully, in this emergency, a vet in Oklahoma said they would take a post dated check so that is who won my daughters business, and my future business.

I love Dr. Lange, and most of his staff but there is one who lacks politeness and I will avoid using Lange is possible because of the lack of consistincy and one's rudeness.
