Simon is amazing, so professional and knowledgeable. Helped me and my wife find our dream home, and got us a great price. Wonderful agent to work with, highly recommend him to anyone. Through the entire process, he guided us on everything, taking us on countless trips to see houses, listening to our feedback and providing his own without overlooking ours. Just a nice person to dral with, looks like he loves what he does and it shows with the quality of his work. He was always on top of everything when we hit escrow, checking with the bank, escrow company, even a solar company, very hard working, wouldn't have been able to close as soon as we did without him. Simon at One Source managed my rental house in L.A. for two years. He found the perfect tenant for my property, negotiated very beneficial lease terms, took care of all the paperwork, and during the lease handled repairs and managed the relationship with my tenant in the most professional manner. What I liked most about Simon was that he would handle any issues that arose without troubling me (unless it was absolutely necessary).
