I went in 2:30 Pm I needed to have a belt and the small pulley replaced. I was told it would be tomorrow to have the work done.when I am , it only 2:30 Pm he then went on to say "I'm way to busy today to help you.
I would Not recommend this company. It you come through Sheridan just keep on going. All of these companies work together to over charge you or unconvince you.

A great service experience saved our entire trip!
Our RV alternator failed as we passed by Sheridan Wyoming. We hurried to Steve’s Truck Service.
Noting our distance from home (Georgia) and our little ones on board, Gary graciously scheduled us for service first thing in the morning. Next, he ensured that we could safely make it to the nearby KOA (we got the last slot available) for the night.
In the morning, Gary’s team got right on it working thru the 100 degree day.
Thankfully, they had a replacement on the shelf. Due to the heat damage of the failed alternator, cables had to replaced and even spliced.
Let me praise the entire team at Steve’s Truck Repair.
They were competent and skilled in their work. The bill for service was comparable to what I would have paid at home.
Within the first hour, I felt a confidence and trust for this team as I do with the mechanics that care for our fleet at home.

Very honest people.

The job was done in 5 hours after another place spent 2 days trying to help me out and charging me $1250.

I will definitely use this place again and will recommend this place to anybody.
