I almost wish their wings and wedges weren't so delicious; then I could give up on BWW completely, which is what they deserve. The problem is always the same: poor service. On this recent visit, they never even asked if I wanted a second beer - their big money maker - let alone the non-alcoholic drinks of the rest of my family. And when we got the bill, it had multiple errors - all in BWW's favor, of course - and it took a LONG time to get it fixed. When that happens, they should do something to make it up to the customer - like a little discount, or free appetizer on our next visit, whatever - but of course that didn't happen. I probably won't set foot in this location again.
