Completely unreliable! I ordered flowers several days ahead of time for my grandmother's birthday and they were never delivered. I called that day and got an answering machine. Same thing the next day. Two days after the fact I found out that the owner was sick. That's understandable, but someone should have called me to say they couldn't deliver so I could make other arrangements. I will never use Tina's again.
