Excellent meals, pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous staff.

I've eaten breakfast (usually a cheese & something else omelette, a hash brown and a coffee) and lunch prepared by Sophie's cooks almost every work day for the better part of 7 years and I always enjoyed what I ordered.
I never walked away feeling disappointed in what I just ate. The food was always satisfying.

The BBQ meat loaf is superb, the chicken quarters are huge and cooked to perfection: and the turkey chili is always delicious. Smokey Mountain rice is also very tasty.

Breakfast special every Friday morning (and 5 items for a very low price).

If you're in the area during the week (they're closed on Saturday and Sunday), stop in. You won't be disappointed. Sophie's Kitchen deserves my highest rating.

My colleagues and I work in the bldg. We have gone there a couple of times - and 6 of us have gotten sick.

I don't know how long they freeze their meats, but the meats, including eggs - taste like they've been frozen for months!!

Their muffins, pastries, and cookies are pre-packaged!

Very very greasy foods. Unhealthy, over-weight bunch!

One of their staff chain smokes and she touches foods after smoking near the garbage bins.

They're the laughing stock of the building - but we guess they keep all obese employees coming back which is how they keep in business.

I'd stay away!
