Provided by YP.comI'm sorry, but this company came to my house and took my computer home with them. The virus came back and I was forced to call another company who fixed my computer.

I am sorry you had a bad experience but had you called we would have repaired it for you free of charge. I do not recall in all of our years in business that any one ever had to go somewhere else to get service if they were unsatisfied. We always stand by our repairs and will fix an issue at no charge to the comsumer even if it takes a few times. If you didnt call us back, we didn't get a chance to make it right so to speak. I apologize for mix up you had. Anthony
