Always groom my dogs exactly how I ask! Can always get my dogs in same day with no wait. Highly recommendable!

I would never take my girlz back to this groomer,. One of my schnauzers signature is her long eyelashes and asked not to cut them off. When my parents picked them up my girls eyelashes were cut. Seems like they cut the way they want , I really don;'t understand why they have to stay all day when you have an appointment already set up at a given time. If they can't cut a dog in 3 hours or less maybe they need to hire more groomers. My girls had to stay from 7am to 5pm that evening. Really that long. come on.
