i was at Kroger today had the best cashier ever his name is Tanner very courteous and pleasent what a pleasure to shop there today Thank You Ruth Larson

I do all my shopping at Kroger and for the most part everyone is helpful but I had a problem on the 7th of Sept. at 3:pm I had a problem at your customer service I was behind a lady that had a problem with how she was rung up the person at the counter could not fix her problem (James) I stood for 25 minutes waiting all I wanted was a tank of propane for my grill I said to the associate could you get some help over here my grandson and wife are standing out in the heat with the used tank and he says to me there is no help he is the only one. I know this is not so because I seen other managers in the store but he would not call one over this is very poor customer service. Haven had to deal customer service my whole business career I know this is a very poor and does not reflect well on the Kroger name
