Dont let these apartments fool you. Rented a place from them and it was disgusting! They didnt clean out all the cob webs and dust. There was food still in the cabinets. I dont know how they expect us to clean the ceilings when its cathedral ceilings! Plus the manager at the leasing office is horrible! Shes so rude and doesnt seem to be a people person. If your late on your rent a day or two oh trust me she will be pounding on your door like shes the police to give you a notice. I understand rent needs to be paid a certain time each month but hey sometimes people struggle to make it on time! She even walks into your home when your not there and doesnt give you a notice that she is going to and puts notices on your property. Its pretty sad that your own personal stuff and space gets violated. She says she can do whatever she wants though. Paying so much money for what? Never again will I release with them.

Why?



Maintenance: LOOOOONG story short I went without a/c entirely for july and august. VPA was informed my a/c was out in MAY!!!! They charged it a couple times thinking it might seal? (I was on the top floor where temps exceeded 100 on some days and had to sleep at my parents house) -------- Also, NO HOT WATER!! they have been throwing parts at the hot water heater for our building for TWO MONTHS!!!! As of this week I havent had hot water 5 of 7 days...



Customer Service: Call VPA right now and see if you get a person, you wont. Guess when else you wont get a person? When your a/c is out, when your hot water heater is out, when your door knob falls off, when the tiles in your shower fall off revealing MOLD behind them, when someone is parking in the covered parking spot you pay for monthly... All from experience...



I dont rate businesses often but if I can cost village park money by reaching ONE person that may be thinking of moving here I am GLAD to do it. Please dont move here for your own sanity....
