This woman is terrible. We've called her over 8 times and each time she said "call back tomorrow", which we've now done over and over and over. We made an appointment finally and was told to call beforehand to confirm, which we did, and guess what we were told to do? "Call back tomorrow". She sounded like she was either sleeping or drunk!! I wouldn't give her a penny of my money.
