Terrible service. Brought out the wrong hookah. Took 20+ minutes to get the right one. Excuse was that the correct one had to be cleaned. Mind you, there was barely anyone in the place! Sanitation issue there? Plus sitting there waiting for the new hookah without an update as to what was taking so long was really frustrating. Don't waste your time or money on this place. The staff seem to have no idea what's going on in the place. This wasn't my first disappointment at Krave, but it'll definitely be my last.

They gave a dirty hose. Clean the hoses next time.

I'm a good friend of one of the employees and I walk in the back everything is cleaned and done right. One of the nicest places I've been too and I've been to all the lounges and hookah bars in this area. This is definitely a place to check out. You'll love it!!

It took 20 minutes to get charcoal and you wait for them to bring. Even my orange head they mixed wrong flavors because they didn't have tobacco either. Also I was walking to the bathroom and all the hoses are touching the ground which is very disgusting.

I will never come back here again. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional place. The owner would not even talk to me about the problem that I had here. He swore and walked away from me when I had a problem. He is too young to be running a business and dealing with people. I will never come back here again. Its overpriced and very unprofessional. Take your money somewhere else.
