Parents please listen to this. We went there for an appointment, and got there 10 minutes early. Even thought there was only 2 Parents in the waiting room while their child was in the back, we waited 30 minutes past our appointment time.

We went there bec my son had damaged his front teeth. They told us to wait 2 weeks before we make any decisions, but maybe need a baby root canal. After two weeks we went back. Of course his tooth was completely dead they said, and we had to remove it.

Oh, and in it's place, we could spend 500.00 on a fake tooth because the insurance wouldn't pay for it.

So even though they told us to wait 2 weeks, and we would probably only need a baby root canal, they now said it needs to be removed bec it's too damaged.

My son picked out a chap stick from the little free toy bin, but asked for a toothbrush afterwards. The oh so not very kind receptionist stood there and told my 3 year old, "you already picked your prize" AVOID THEM

First, I called to see if this place accepted my insurance and they told me they did (3 teeth cleanings later and a filling and I found out they only partially accept it). They set up three appointments for my daughter I would owe $1,000!!! This place does not care about your child or making things financially easier on you! I will not be going back!

Don't waste your time with this office!

My daugher chipped her front tooth and I called and got her an appointment that very monday. They looked at her and couldn't get her in for a month. This was my only option before her dental insurance changed to delta dental for the year. To set up that appointment it was $60 upfront, and if we missed or had to cancel the appointment they would charge $100. I brought her to that appointment and I regret it.

The $60 was the behavioral management fee, a fee not covered by any one insurance company and pretty made up by their office.

No one in that office could console my 3 year old or keep her calm so they could do the work. Once they were done one of the staff members had the nerve to tell me "shes too loud, she should be a hospital case." I had asked them previously about her being a hospital case and they were booked solid through January (this was in September 2015!)

I made the next appointment and when that appointment came my 3 year old had a low grade fever. I arrived to the office with her in the car (my mom was with her in the car) and they insisted it was an ear infection and refused to see her (I was certain it was a tooth infection). I took her to her pediatrician and sure enough it was a tooth infection!!! I asked the pediatrician for a different recommendation which was Dr. Harvey's office, "toothworks." I immediatly called that office and they were able to see her the very next day (They were fully booked but accomodated us anyways). They were also able to schedule her surgery to take place that following week. They did a beautiful job and got it all done in under 2 hours. Another thing there wasn't and isn't any redundant fees either!

I had prepaid a second visit to this office to start on the next quandrant of work for my 3 year old before I discovered Dr. Harvey. I asked them to issue me a refund and they stated it would come through a check by the end of the next week. Two weeks later, no check. I called again same story. Nothing. I called my card company I paid with and asked them to reverse the payment to them. They had the gall to charge me $13.23 for a "chargeback" fee.

I absolutely refuse to pay it.

Theres no toys for the kids, the staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly. The dentists are very profit driven, stay away, beware of the fraudlent charges from this office.

Very bad experience here. We had a very long wait. The assistants weren't too friendly. The dentist was great with my son. The follow up was even worse. They posted on Facebook about my sons first visit and spelled his name incorrectly. Which makes me wonder if his charts where all wrong. My son and I do not have the same last name however when they called to follow up they called me mrs. My sons last name. They then referred to my son as a she throughout the entire message. I never went back.

They have two huge fish in a tiny tank, it's very sad to see. There is only one toy in the waiting room. No kid books. Staff appear to be annoyed by children. Not friendly or warm.
