I spoke with Jim from Jag on the phone to get pricing for sprinkler winterization. I found Jim to be rude and demanding on the phone. I let him know right then and there that I would not be using his company. I scheduled sprinkler winterization with another company in the meantime. Today I received a knock on my door from Jim stating that our sprinklers were winterized. I was shocked! I did not set up an appointment with this company nor did I give consent to perform work before it was performed. Be very careful of this company.

Last year, JAG did our homes sprinkler system and landscaping in Troy. I thought his pricing was reasonable and they did a great job. I did not have any issues with Jim. I found him to be quite nice and responsive when I left any messages.
