Michael and Cindi were amazing to work with! They bent over backward to try and please us. However, the girl running the actual event was not impressive. We had to ask her 3 times to get anything done--like setting up the coffee station once the guests arrived! In addition, while the food had good flavor, it was served lukewarm.

Best place ever, great food, great service and great price. Highly recommend!!!

I have used them several times. A bachelor party, a wedding and block party. Affordable, reliable, professional and gave great attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends

I had Cranks cater a graduation party and it was great! The staff was friendly, professional, they did all the set up/clean up of the buffet and we received many compliments how good the food was! I highly recommend, especially if you are looking for an on-site BBQ at your house.

I had a 450 person party for my art club. At the event we displayed all of our painting and sculptures etc. Crank's actually incorporated a few works into the buffet, it was FAB!



While I did read some of these reviews, I can't say I agree with them. It is highly unlikely u will run out of food! We had more than enough best part about it, is the leftovers go to a local charity!

I loved this place! I have used them for at least 10 events/ Food is always delicious and there is plenty of it. In their defense I did read and sign the contract stating something like if the "Chef Extras" run out that doesn't mean you ran out of food. They are considered extras they throw in free of charge. Those can run low but as far as entrees go that is never a problem

We hired Cranks for our outdoor reception. Not even half way through our guests, the food was low and not replenished. We had ordered for 15 more people than what were there. When we questioned the servers, they replied "That is all the food we have. Do you want to check the truck"

We contacted Cranks the next day. At first we were told the kitchen said we had enough food. Then we were told to read our contract, they do not fill the salads. They were very slow to return phone calls. Never again will we recommend Cranks nor use them for an event.

We were very disappointed by the service we received for my backyard wedding reception. We paid for 100 people, but only had 85 people in attendance. About half way through dinner, we began running out of food. We informed the servers and they stated that they had served all the food that was sent. Several other guests requested more food as time went on, but still nothing was done to replenish the food. I ended up ordering pizza for the guests to make up for not having enough at dinner.

After all was said and done, we tried to get in touch with Cranks to let them know what had happened. At first they said that we were only sent half of the salads to feed the amount of people. The servers should have called to get more food to our house. They then changed the story and said that we had enough.

Either way, we were very disappointed with the quality of service. There is nothing we can do to go back and make the dinner service any better for our hungry guests. I would not recommend this catering service.

If it was possible to give it lower then one star I certainly would!



Two young kids were sent to handle my 110 person wedding at our location.



The food was not replenished at all! I told the girl on the phone TWICE that I was paying for more people then will be at my event to make SURE we do not run out of food. We ran out IMMEDIATELY! I went thru the line 30 minutes after the buffet started and the were no hot dog buns, two hot dogs, one hamburger, no fruit, no cheese for the hamburgers, no fresh veggies. There were chips and about one remaining morsel of pasta salad.



Everyone complained. I paid for 110 people and had about 90 people at that time and everyone went unfed.



My husband spoke to the young kid twice to no avail.



I wrote a lengthy complaint letter to the management which went unanswered. I could not be more disappointed and feel completely ripped off.

Horrible food that was cold, staff was brutal and a bunch of perverts.

I was very disappointed at the poor quality of food we received at our bbq. Portions were small, lack of taste, expired food-then tried to make it look like there was nothing wrong-very disatisfied--their quality and customer service has shockingly declined.

The food and service was over the top. Rosemary was a great help and took care of all the detailes for the October 30th wedding. Amy went out of her way to make sure the evening came off without a glitch. She guided us to make the night and evening for the bride and groom. Every detail was attented to, I came in with something for the dinner table and they made sure that it went with the meat that was being served. The bartenders were great and made sure that none of our guests went home over the edge. The servers had the tables cleared before I knew it, and ready for the rest of the party night. If anyone went home hungry then it was their fault. Every person said how great the food was and how great the service was. Please keep up the good work and your business will thrive.

I attended a party at Crank's Enchantment Banquet Hall, and highly recommond this place. The hall is beautiful, and the service & food were outstanding. It definately left an impression on me and the people I was with.
