This facility is very unprofessional. I had the worst experience ever in health care. The staff was rude and getting attitudes with me for no apparent reason. They made me cry and spoke to me in a loud unprofessional manner, which was uncalled for. I was just wanting certain information from them and they could not do it. I spoke to them in a clear calm manner and did not receive "excellent" patient care like I was suppose to. I would never recommend anyone to attend here. Never!

This office has really helped my mom withouth any health insurance. Affordable and nice doctor. Explain things and did an ekg in the office.

How hard is it to operate a fax machine? On three different occasions I have been out of meds for nearly a week due to their lack of faxing a prescription to the pharmacy. Overpriced, and although the staff may be kind I think whoever handles the fax machine should be reassigned to the janitorial department.

These people are Crazy about thier money! like 160 Walkin the door.. NextCare full phy is only $60 dollars.

If you want to spend money you Really dont have too yeah its good, try Nextcare of shelby they even do full physical for $60 and NO fee.

The clinic is first rate. Especially for a same day appointment. The staff is first rate and very caring and helpful.
