My daughter recently had Carolina Glass put in a windshield for her other than a crack across the bottom of her windshield nothing at all was wrong with her car. Now due to the negligence of Carolina Glass her headliner has been damaged, wires left loose among other damage. But rather than except blame for their mistakes they repaired one small repair and refuse to accept the responsibility for the rest of the damage even though what they fixed was related. They are liars, they did they damage and we will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Please think carefully before choosing this company!

Don't shop here, the inner molding of my jeep windshield wasn't installed correctly, then they tried to glue it beside the winshield instead of under it. Now it just hangs from the corners flapping. The owner suggests I pay them an extra $88 on top of the $187 I've already paid them to fix the problem. The absolute Worst customer service I've ever experienced!

Excellent customer care and workmenship at a great price! AND they were able to replace my windsheild the very same day I called which was awesome!

The customer service rep was nice enough and the installer was as well. The manager/owner was rude especially when he had a issue. She was unwilling to help him at all. I really don't know how she has stayed in business so long with her toxic attitude.

Don't do it. This company does not stand behind their product.
