This place is horrible!Where do I start?#1 there's a huge dog in the office/playroom/living area #2 the man that rents these vehicles, mark or matt has lied to me several times about what he has avail and prices on them. We have called in from another phone just 30 mins after getting this dirty vehicle that ran HORRIBLE, NO A.C. and he gave a different price for the exact same days! He also said he had 3 vehicles to choose from.#3. My father was treated completely different than I was. Wonder if he is also racists because he didn't know my mother and father were different races, before that they were both respected over the phone.#4. We rented from him on a Wednesday, he calls Friday and wants us to pay up until the following Monday! We rented this whatever u want to call it, for a week NOT 2 days!After he put us in another car, barely better than the 1st, we agreed to rent for 3 additional weeks and would be going to Florida so we would not be home until then. Not only did we have to call a tow and spent more money but he assured us he would take care of this, which he has NOT because he said that's what insurance is for! NO IT IS NOT!FURTHERMORE_ he called us before we were home and wanted an additional week because they were behind on payroll.Not our problem! We returned the vehicle, needless to say..His prices are outragous! 250-300 for a car and up LMAOWe only went for the convienence but never againLesson learned!
