Convenient over 55 housing but buyers should be aware of high association fee which includes a subsidy to meal plan by each resident even though they do not have to join a meal plan that has exceptionally high expenses for the 1/3 of residents that participate.

Great great, wonderful staff, very affordable. Close to shopping, churches, park, lake, etc.
